Education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and performance marketing concepts
Experience with B2B outreach and relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or marketing analytics tools
Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
Experience with Shopify and HubSpot preferred
