Job Summary

Own frontline outreach at local home shows, promote Groundworks' Free Inspection services, and schedule qualified inspection appointments, while completing paid training and assisting with booth setup and breakdown during events.

Lead appointment scheduling and customer engagement at events
Complete event training and support booth operations
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth event execution

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners at local home shows
Promote Groundworks' Free Inspection services
Schedule qualified inspection appointments using a tablet
Attend a paid 1-hour virtual training before the event
Assist with booth setup/breakdown and equipment return (if assigned)

Requirements

Friendly, confident personality
Available for the entire event weekend
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred

Customer-facing, retail, event, or sales experience preferred
