Job Summary

Own end-to-end email program from asset creation to performance reporting, with governance, dynamic content, landing pages, forms, and analytics-driven optimization.

Coordinate QA, deployment readiness, and stakeholder feedback to hit timelines.
Monitor open rates, CTR, and revenue via email analytics to inform optimization.

Monitors email KPIs such as Open Rate and Click To Open Ratio, and direct revenue. Also works in Adobe Analytics to monitor traffic created from emails. Manages dashboards and segments.
Reports back to manager and provides insights from email performance.

Requirements

E-mail marketing experience (1 or 2 years)
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms -Marketo preferred
Experience with information/data analysis and report generation – (Knowledge of Adobe Analytics is a plus)
Excellent communication and writing skills
English proficiency - Required
Canadian French, German, Spanish and/or other languages is a plus
