Job Description

Learning, utilizing, and executing marketing tactics with AI, while keeping the human element a priority. The key is finding efficiencies, not role replacement.
Create Marketing Materials that will be used as promotional items within both store locations. Examples, but not limited to: promotional signs, flyers, postcards, ads, etc.
Create and optimize technical content for SEO and lead generation for the firm’s website and professional social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create compelling copy for newsletters and beautifully designed social media posts while upholding a clear and consistent brand voice that resonates with our team’s mission statement and customers across multiple product lines and locations.
Advocate for creative digital ideas that align with business goals and are worth internal investment. This role is at the core of the marketing effort, and others will rely on your work every single day.
Review all major digital deliverables (e.g., digital posts, ads, marketing collateral) to ensure quality standards and brand consistency are met.
Work closely with our selected Agency, providing project status updates and identifying potential marketing opportunities, seasonal promotions, or content needs.
Manage a diverse and growing roster of internal marketing tasks and deliverables for various needs or location marketing efforts.
Manage professional social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow followers, engage, and help convert them into customers and active promoters of Trav’s Outfitter, both online and in-store.
Have command of best practices and trends in professional social media marketing and understand how to both build and convert the firm's digital presence.
