Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Merchandising to deliver scalable solutions.
Identify technical opportunities, define business requirements, and guide implementation.
Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting to demonstrate business impact.
Manage agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality execution.
Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Monitor evolving search behaviors, technologies, and platform changes to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Option 2: 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Digital marketing (for example, affiliate marketing, display advertising), Leading a cross-functional team
Masters: Business Administration
