Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media performance for a flagship product, driving testing, optimization, and collaboration with agencies and internal partners to meet goals.

Collaborate with strategy and creative teams on asset briefs

Job Description

Responsibilities

Paid media channel performer- focused on one of our flagship products
Key contributor to paid media performance across assigned products - keeping steady pulse on performance against goals
Proposing, vetting and validating optimization recommendations from agency partners
Ensuring operational excellence in execution from partner agency
Contribute to and lead channel level tests - partnership with measurement and partner agency teams to develop storytelling deliverables
Partnering within team to identify tactical advancements within current partner set - working to gain buy-in from key internal stakeholders and developing testing agenda to validate
Partner with strategy and creative teams in providing creative briefing for asset development
Stay current with advancements in digital marketing and industry-related topics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in paid media platform experience such as Meta, Google, The Trade Desk, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of paid digital programs

Preferred

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Experience in financial services marketing
Agency experience managing client and partner relationships or account management
Google and Bing Ads certified
