  • - Build and track cross-functional event plans and milestones, ensuring critical timelines are met while constantly seeking opportunities to standardize and improve processes
  • - Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including contract deliverables, lead capture, venue management, hospitality, branding, giveaways, exhibits, product demos, shipping, group housing, meeting schedules, on-site staffing, equipment, and support services
  • - Partner with marketing, business, and third-party stakeholders to coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event planning, promotion, and measurement
  • - Schedule and coordinate internal and partner meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-up on action items

  • - Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with global teams
  • - Highly organized and accountable with a low tolerance for things falling through the cracks
  • - Clear, professional spoken and written communication; you can lead a call, demonstrate a product, draft a vendor email, or fire off a sharp WhatsApp update with equal ease

  • - Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize across multiple competing demands
