Requirements

• One to three years of experience in events, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related detail-oriented field
• Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
• Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software quickly
• Discretion and professionalism with confidential information, executive communications, and vendor and member relationships
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot or comparable) is preferred, along with the willingness to learn tools including Swoogo, Monday.com, Optimizely, Formstack, and Beefree

Preferred

• Experience with Pardot or comparable email marketing platforms
• Willingness to learn Swoogo, Monday.com, Optimizely, Formstack, and Beefree
• Experience creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Familiarity with consumer electronics, custom integration, or AV industry
• Willingness to work flexible hours around ProSource events, including evenings and weekends
