Own the end-to-end content engine: manage the weekly calendar, write and edit articles, posts, and newsletters, repurpose founder and investor interviews into clips and stories, and ensure a steady output that founders and investors engage with, while collaborating with design and reporting to the co-founders.

Build and run a full cadence of content from raw material through publish.
Drive writing, editing, and video clipping with clear judgment on quality and look.
Collaborate with brand, design, and leadership to align on angles and timing.

Output and results. A steady weekly cadence, and a clear read on what founders and investors engage with.
You run the calendar and you keep it full. You decide what gets made from each piece of material, write and edit it yourself, and get it out on time.
You work alongside our brand and design team on the look of each asset, so your time goes to the substance: the angle, the words and the cut.
You report to the two co-founders and work with them directly.
The organisation is flat, and you will see first-hand how we think about founders, investors and the market.

Have run content for a named brand or publication on a weekly cadence, and can show the work and the results.
Write to a high standard in a restrained register, and can take a transcript to a finished article quickly.
Edit short-form video yourself, or can show clips you cut from longer recordings.
See the story in raw material that others would skip.

Use AI tools daily, with clear judgement about where they improve your work and where they would compromise its quality.

Preferred

Familiarity with the founder and venture capital world is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
