Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casinos' culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
Conceptualize and create bold, original content that sets North Fork Mono Casino apart--ranging from viral videos and trending social posts to high-quality photography and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
Be comfortable on-camera--whether it's hosting content, appearing in stories, or engaging with guests and team members in a dynamic, authentic way.
Act quickly to capitalize on trends, news, and engagement opportunities -- bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life in real time.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement an effective social media content calendar.
Produce, shoot, and edit video and photography content for all platforms.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy that grabs attention and sparks engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, using data to optimize content strategies and deliver tangible results.
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to amplify brand reach.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining an engaging but professional voice that reflects North Fork Mono Casino's identity.

Requirements

Comfortable on camera with the ability to bring energy, personality, and authenticity to content.
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
Strong sense of creativity, imagination and innovation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports and trends.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.).
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission , which includes passing a background investigation.
