Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute content and campaign strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth
  • Translate business priorities into clear messaging frameworks and campaign concepts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Clinical, and Field teams to align messaging with real needs
  • Collaborate closely with our Art Director to bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Serve as the lead writer and editor across channels (email, web, social, sales materials, internal communications)
  • Simplify complex clinical and operational topics into clear, compelling messaging
  • Develop campaign toolkits and multi-channel content assets
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent, authentic brand voice
  • Lead internal communication strategy (newsletters, announcements, leadership messaging)
  • Drive employee engagement through thoughtful, aligned communication initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or campaign management
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong ability to simplify complex topics into engaging content
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building and managing cross-functional workflows and timelines
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communicator and team collaborator
  • Self-starter who brings structure to ambiguity
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and receptive to feedback
  • Willing to learn new technologies and platforms
