Digital Health Strategy & Program Leadership: Develop and lead digital and social strategies that connect audience needs with client business and communications objectives while navigating healthcare regulatory requirements.
Audience Insights & Strategic Planning: Translate healthcare insights, audience behaviors, social listening and digital performance into actionable strategies that inform content, channel and engagement approaches.
Social, Content & Digital Experience Strategy: Develop integrated strategies across social, content and web experiences, helping create cohesive user journeys and consistent brand experiences across digital touchpoints.
Research & Digital Intelligence: Lead social audits, competitive analyses and trend research to identify audience behaviors, emerging opportunities and areas for differentiation.
Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as a trusted digital advisor to clients, leading strategic discussions, presenting recommendations and helping teams navigate evolving platforms, technologies and regulatory considerations.
Integrated Communications & Collaboration: Partner across creative, paid media, analytics, web, UX and account teams to develop cohesive digital programs and ensure strategies translate effectively across channels.
Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop junior strategists while fostering a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
Business Growth & Capability Development: Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, contribute to new business and help strengthen Zeno's Digital Health & Wellness capabilities through emerging trends, tools and best practices.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in digital strategy, social strategy, digital communications or related fields, preferably within healthcare, biotech or another regulated industry.
Experience developing and leading digital and social strategies for healthcare, consumer health, biotech or other regulated brands.
Strong understanding of healthcare communications and relevant regulatory processes, including MLR review, FDA guidelines and direct-to-patient communications.
Strong understanding of social media, content and website strategy, with experience connecting digital channels across the audience journey.
Experience translating audience research, social listening and performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic digital counsel to client stakeholders.
Experience collaborating across creative, paid media, analytics, UX, web and integrated account teams.
Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations.
Experience leading complex workstreams and managing multiple client priorities.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

Preferred

Experience supporting integrated healthcare programs across social, web, paid, earned and creator channels.
Experience with social listening, audience intelligence, digital analytics or measurement platforms.
Experience contributing to new business or organic client growth.
Familiarity with AI-enabled search, content and digital strategy tools and their implications for regulated healthcare communications.
