Partner with agencies and internal teams to pilot new ideas and ensure regulatory compliance

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement key patient marketing strategies and tactics for the US HIV Direct-to-Patient efforts, with a particular focus on reaching our key priority patient populations leveraging audience insights, segmentation strategies, and personalized approaches to maximize business impact.
Partner with DTP Team to coordinate omnichannel engagement and implement patient strategies and tactics.
Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop data collection and reporting frameworks.
Gather and analyze data from digital media campaigns to optimize digital media quality and performance.
Work collaboratively within DTP team as well as with cross functional partners to identify synergies, solve key business problems and apply optimizations to the overall efforts.
Lead targeted workstreams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multicultural marketing.
Lead or support a broad range of foundational patient marketing workstreams including: media management; market research; patient conference and event planning and execution; brand ambassador and influencer program management; and more.
Develop and deliver informative patient-friendly education and other DTP initiatives based on customer needs.
Lead or serve as a key project team member on cross-functional projects, often with high visibility to senior management within the organization.
Partner with Gilead Digital Strategy Operations (DSO), and lead media and creative agency teams

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years’ Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Eight Years’ Experience
A minimum of 4-6 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
Previous experience in marketing, market research and/or communications agency experience desired.

Preferred

Ideal but not required: bi-lingual, fluent in conversational and written English and Spanish
Willingness to travel up to 20%, attending conferences, market research, meetings with key stakeholders.
