Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the creative across Apps and Missionforce, translating product, audience, and business priorities into compelling creative strategies and executions.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization of creative directors, copywriters, and designers, setting a clear vision and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Oversee integrated creative across campaigns, demand generation, digital, social, product storytelling, and event experiences.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Product Marketing, Marketing, and Creative leadership, bringing a strong creative point of view to positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategy.
Set priorities and make clear tradeoffs across a complex portfolio, focusing teams and resources on the highest-impact work.
Provide strategic and conceptual creative leadership from brief through execution, maintaining a high bar for craft, storytelling, innovation, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
Partner across Global Brand & Creative and direct internal teams, agencies, and production partners to create a cohesive creative vision across Apps and Missionforce.
Influence executive stakeholders, build alignment around creative strategy, and clearly articulate the business rationale behind the work.
Champion generative AI and emerging creative technologies to accelerate ideation, experimentation, and production while improving creative quality and scale.
Lead through ambiguity and change, creating clarity, accountability, and momentum for teams and partners.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, design, copywriting, or integrated creative development within an agency or in-house organization; B2B and technology experience is a plus.
10+ years leading and developing multidisciplinary creative teams and leaders.
A world-class portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, creative leadership, and integrated executions.
Proven experience partnering with senior Product Marketing, Marketing, and executive stakeholders to translate complex technology and business strategies into differentiated, audience-relevant creative.
Experience across integrated campaigns, Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and workstreams, set priorities, manage tradeoffs, and maintain creative quality in a fast-moving organization.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence, build alignment, and present creative strategies and recommendations persuasively.
Experience directing internal teams, agencies, and production partners across distributed creative work.
Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative technologies and their application across creative workflows.
Ability to lead through ambiguity, transformation, and changing business priorities while driving creative and business impact.
