Responsibilities

• Build and scale social growth platforms rooted in culture and modern consumer behavior
• Lead social strategy and execution end-to-end, driving relevance, talkability, and momentum
• Partner with agencies and creators to create bold, platform-native work that actually cuts through
• Test, learn, and scale- using data to sharpen ideas and accelerate performance
• Influence cross-functional partners with strong POVs, clear storytelling, and a bias for action

Requirements

• 2+ years of brand marketing experience (experience in social or digital preferred)
• Experience launching or scaling new ideas or platforms
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Financial, analytical, and business acumen with a growth mindset

Preferred

• Prior brand management experience in U.S. consumer packaged goods brands, advertising/media planning
• MBA degree in Marketing or related field
