Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on targeted lead generation for our communities
• Manage and grow our HubSpot CRM, including lead workflows, nurture sequences, segmentation, and reporting
• Oversee SEO strategy to improve search visibility for each community and the Avista brand
• Direct social media marketing across platforms to build awareness and generate inquiries
• Guide the creation of marketing materials and digital assets, working with designers or producing content directly
• Track campaign performance and lead-to-move-in conversion, and report results to leadership
• Partner with community sales directors and operations leaders to align marketing with occupancy goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or a related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required)
• Proven track record running digital campaigns for lead generation
• Experience in senior living marketing strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of SEO management and social media marketing
• Exposure to graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from campaign data
