Responsibilities

Create and oversee content for digital and print channels, including websites, print publications, social media, email campaigns, videos, presentations, and trade show materials
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, product, and business goals across crop portfolios and geographies in the U.S.
Translate technical, regulatory, and scientific information into accessible, farmer-focused messaging
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, technology, regulatory and sales teams, as well as external agencies and corporate communications, to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
Manage content calendars and deadlines across multiple portfolios simultaneously
Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and messaging consistency across platforms
Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry regulations and internal approval processes
Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights
Stay informed on agricultural trends, crop protection innovations, and industry communication best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
4–7 years of experience in content creation or content management, preferably in agriculture, life sciences, or a similarly technical B2B/B2C industry
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in agriculture and/or chemical marketing
Understanding of agronomy, crop protection, agribusiness and grower decision-making cycles
Proficiency or greater experience with video production, and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce

Preferred

Excellent track record of collaboration, written and spoken communication skills, and attention to detail
Strong writing, editing, graphic design, organizational and storytelling skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical and scientific information accurately
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while nurturing interpersonal relationships
Awareness of agricultural production practices surround crop protection
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CMS, and content creation tools, including Salesforce
