Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our TikTok Shop Affiliates and Discord Creator Community
Manage and respond to TikTok Shop Creator Inbox, TikTok DMs, and comment sections in a timely and on-brand manner
Actively engage with tagged content on a daily basis & assist in securing content usage rights
Assist in maintaining an organized roster of affiliates and developing ideas to continue monthly growth
Comfortable on-camera and willing to film content, edit, and participate in TikTok Lives as needed
Identify top-performing creators and flag opportunities to deepen those partnerships (gifting, exclusives, increased commissions)
Re-engage dormant affiliates and nurture relationships to keep the community active and posting
Communicate promotions, new product drops, and campaign briefs to affiliates clearly and on time
Collect and relay creator feedback to the broader team to inform product and strategy decisions
Stay up to date with new features across any applicable platforms

Requirements

1+ year of experience in community management, influencer relations, creator partnerships, or a similar role (internship experience welcome)
Comfortable troubleshooting basic platform and technical issues and able to help others through solutions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
