Coordinates the creation and production of marketing and communications materials (including copy, layout, Web design, and/or audio/visual material) through the internal marketing agency, ensuring work aligns with project objectives and requirements.
Provides basic project consulting to account managers and clients in order to resolve immediate questions and/or requests.
Assists with the preparation of project scopes, estimates, schedules, and other project documentation for assigned projects.
May coordinate the organization, maintenance, and updating of the client, investment products, department offerings and service information on the organization’s intranet system.
Contributes to the development of tutorials, best practices and documentation for internal/departmental and/or external/client reference.
Conducts basic marketing research and compiles project results and insights as assigned.
