Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth market, customer and competitive analyses
• Identifying key questions, issues/opportunities and insight areas
• Assist in developing POVs on brand and category dynamics
• Serve as the internal team "expert" for planning and developing strategy and communications
• Play a key role in the planning and execution of strategic client engagements

Requirements

• The ideal Associate Brand Strategist has 1-3 years of related strategic experience, either in an agency or at research/consulting firm. They will exhibit analytic and organization skills, able to discern and capture important ideas. They are not afraid to take on new tasks/deliverables and exhibit strong problem-solving skills in all that they do. They have a developing sense of the right questions to ask and when to ask them. They are developing a sense of strategic possibilities and decision making. They communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. They are aware of their strengths and areas for growth and bring a desire to grow their overall strategic planning skill set.
