Job Description

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager/Website Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cheyenne, WY. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, managing brand messaging, and coordinating campaigns that promote Dr. Elsey’s products.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating the company website, optimizing content and user experience, monitoring site performance and analytics, and ensuring accurate product information and branding.
The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing social and email marketing calendars, and preparing regular reports on campaign and website performance.
The individual in this position supports ongoing improvements in online visibility, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development, ideally within consumer products or pet care.
Proficiency in website administration, including content updates, basic CMS use (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar), and coordination with web development resources.
Skills in digital marketing, such as SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing, with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, engaging marketing content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Solid organizational and project management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Comfort with data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing platforms to track KPIs and inform decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred

Previous experience in e-commerce, CPG, or pet-focused brands is beneficial, along with an interest in or familiarity with feline health and care.
