Drive ongoing ideation and campaign development tied to key cultural moments, seasonal priorities, product stories, and retail activations.
Infuse creator strategy into broader integrated marketing efforts, collaborating closely with PR, creative, paid media, experiential, and external partners.
Build and manage robust creator plans and budgets, with a focus on ROI, quality engagement, and brand impact.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and talent agents across all tiers, with particular fluency in fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
Manage multiple workstreams with an eye toward quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Serve as a key client point of contact for workstreams, representing the team’s work with professionalism and strategic insight.
Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering creative thinking and professional development.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in creator marketing at an agency, brand, or talent management company.
Hands-on experience working with creators across tiers (nano to celebrity) and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Strong contract negotiation and talent management experience.
Experience building strategic briefs, managing content calendars, and driving measurable results.
Ability to use data, audience insights, and platform trends to inform strategy and ongoing optimizations.
Familiarity with developing post-campaign reports and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., PR, paid media, creative, experiential, analytics, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple workstreams.
Experience with creator discovery and tracking platforms (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, etc.).

Preferred

Experience in fashion, retail, apparel, accessories, beauty, or adjacent lifestyle categories , with an understanding of how creators can inspire discovery, consideration, and shopping behavior.
Strong understanding of fashion, lifestyle, and retail trends, including the creators and communities shaping culture across social platforms.
Experience managing creator-led events, shopping moments, and in-person activations.
Strategic understanding of paid media amplification, including boosting, whitelisting, and platform-specific extensions, and how to collaborate with paid teams to optimize creator content performance.
Experience working in fast-moving, culturally responsive environments with frequent campaign and seasonal moments.
Comfort leading high-volume programs with minimal oversight.
Ability to lead strategic presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Empathy-driven leader who builds trust and develops talent.
Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.
Contributes to internal POVs, creator trend briefings, or cross-team thought leadership.
