Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead campaign execution and oversee process evolution in partnership with Directors and Managers, ensuring operational excellence and scalable workflows.
Oversee activation of digital campaigns across display, video, social, mobile, gaming, and programmatic channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with media strategy.
Lead strategic conversations with clients and media teams around technology integrations, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and enable advanced capabilities.
Oversee the trafficking process across the team, ensuring accuracy and consistency in campaign setup, including ownership of complex implementations such as Floodlight tags, DMP integrations, network configurations, and advanced tracking solutions.
Drive operational excellence by establishing effective methods, improving workflows, and proactively finding opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality across campaign execution.
Partner with Ad Tech leadership to design and implement standardized processes, QA frameworks, and governance to minimize errors and ensure consistent execution across accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating directly with media teams, creative agencies, platform partners, and vendors to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and inspiring leader across ad technology platforms, providing mentorship to internal teams and contributing POVs on new technologies, industry trends, and platform capabilities.
Manage and mentor Analyst and Senior Analysts, providing coaching, technical guidance, and professional development to strengthen team capabilities and ensure high-quality output.
Coordinate work across multiple clients, ensuring consistent execution, sharing guidelines across teams, and driving standardization and continuous improvement across accounts.
