Job Description

Responsibilities

Directly manage, mentor, and foster the growth of the Senior Search Manager, guiding their campaign execution, platform best practices, and professional development.
Oversee quality control for search deliverables prepared by direct reports, including search strategies, campaign setups, bid strategy structures, and reporting dashboards.
Support the Associate Media Director of Search in developing overarching search strategies, keyword and audience frameworks, and integrated media plans.
Translate AMD vision into clear execution tactics, testing roadmaps, and day-to-day workflows for the search team.
Serve as the key escalation point for daily campaign optimizations, platform troubleshooting, keyword expansion, and budget allocations.
Supervise paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Microsoft/Bing Ads, and emerging search formats.
Oversee high-level budget pacing, spend forecasting, and billing processes across client accounts to ensure accuracy against planned spend.
Guide search engine optimization (SEO/PPC synergy), conversion rate testing agendas, audience segmentation strategies, and smart bidding tactics.
Partner with the AMD to deliver actionable insights, performance narrative framing, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Review and approve client dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics) and routine performance reports.

Requirements

5–7 years of digital media experience, specifically focusing on paid search planning, execution, and optimization within an agency environment.
Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading direct reports.
Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
