Responsibilities

Strategic direction that distills hard problems into a clear path and rallies the team.
Lead energy and alignment within the agency to ensure strategy lands with impact.
Command with clients to present a clear vision of where the brand should go and how to get there.
Ensure our work grows clients’ business by linking strategy to business outcomes.
Research stewardship across qualitative and quantitative methods to inform decisions.
Stay up to date on advertising, brands, and media to shape informed opinions.
Mentor and supervise less experienced strategists to develop the next generation.
