Apply core graphic design principles to ensure consistency with Woman’s Hospital’s branding and visual identity
Collaborate with creative supervisors to develop and execute high-quality collateral that aligns with marketing strategies
Coordinate with the in-house print shop and external vendors to communicate project specifications and quality expectations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of project status, challenges, and potential issues
Maintain an organized workflow and adhere to project deadlines while upholding high standards of design excellence
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum of three years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with After Effects is preferred
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, and typography
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a high standard for quality
