Job Summary

Own end-to-end video production and post-production delivery across brand, product, social, and events, translating concepts into polished, broadcast-ready footage and motion graphics while coordinating with partners and managing pipelines.

  • Manage concept-to-delivery for cinematic videos, product demos, explainers, social clips, and event recaps.
  • Lead camera operation, lighting, and fast, high-quality editing, including podcast production and audio work.
  • Oversee post-production workflow, color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and asset management across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end video production, including concept development, pre-production planning, filming, and editing
  • Create a wide variety of video content such as brand films, product demos, explainers, social clips, and event recaps
  • Operate professional cinema and mirrorless cameras, gimbals, sliders, and lighting equipment to achieve high-quality footage
  • Design and implement lighting setups for studio shoots, interviews, and location filming
  • Edit footage rapidly, delivering broadcast-quality and social-ready content within tight deadlines
  • Produce and edit podcast episodes, including audio cleanup, noise reduction, music integration, and final export
  • Extract and edit highlight clips from media appearances, news segments, and press coverage for distribution across channels
  • Develop motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual effects in After Effects
  • Color grade footage to maintain a consistent, polished brand aesthetic
  • Oversee the post-production pipeline, managing project files, proxies, exports, and assets efficiently
  • Collaborate with creative teams, designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to fulfill creative briefs
  • Maintain organized workflows and adhere to project timelines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in video production and editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Experience with additional editing tools such as CapCut, Descript, or similar platforms
  • Strong camera operation skills, including composition and lighting for studio and on-location shoots
  • Proven ability to produce and edit various content formats: cinematic storytelling, commercials, podcasts, social media content
  • Expertise in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects
  • Color grading skills using DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
  • Audio editing and mixing experience with Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or Hindenburg
  • Experience with storyboarding, scripting, and creative concept development
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, talent, and external production partners
  • Photography and drone operation capabilities
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Figma
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Commercial, agency, or in-house brand production experience preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating range across cinematic, branded, digital, and social content
  • Must reside in the Atlanta metro area and be available to work in-office a few days per month
