Job Summary

Own and drive regional sales growth by meeting with current and prospective customers, delivering product knowledge, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and branch teams to execute targeted programs. Lead in-person and virtual engagements, ensure follow-through on leads, and advocate for customer needs while navigating TRS.com and Office 365 tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Traveling to businesses within the local market in order to increase sales with current customer base while developing new relationships with prospective customers
Calling or conducting video/virtual meetings with prospective customers to discuss their product needs and develop rapport
Proper use of Office 365 tools and iOS devices
Developing a clear understanding of product line offered in-store and GP associated with privately labeled products
Communicating effectively with the Sales team in order to ensure follow through on leads generated by Field Marketing Representative
Communicating effectively with Branch management team regarding updates for customer base, including but not limited to new customer prospects and lapsed customers
Communicating pertinent information to TRS marketing department through established reporting methods
Planning, organizing, and executing specific marketing and sales programs
Ability to research and communicate competitor information to sales and inventory teams within branch by providing relevant competitor invoices and identifying where prospective customers are sourcing products from
Ability to navigate TRS.com intelligently and assist customers in establishing online accounts and setting up quick pick lists

Requirements

Applicants must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License
2+ years experience in food service equipment sales or relevant hospitality experience
Experience with Microsoft Office/O365 platforms
