Bilingual Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• - Ability to effectively communicate with TRS customer base, including but not limited to food service business operators and owners
• - Ability to navigate company software & technology to support customer needs and position requirements
• - Ability to plan efficient travel routes to meet with local business customers on recurring basis
• - Increase local branch sales by converting new prospects into active customers and re-engaging inactive and lapsed customers into regular purchasers with TRS
• - Communicate pertinent information to sales team at local branch through established communication methods
• - Communicate customer buying trends and competitor information to local store by providing relevant competitor invoices
• - Develop and maintain knowledge of available products

Requirements

• - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or field marketing / sales
• - Experience using MS Office Suite to maintain business-to-business relationships
• - High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

• - Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• - Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change
• - Ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
