Responsibilities

• Film run-and-gun, office-style YouTube content (1–2 days/week in person)
• Collaborate on video ideas and story structure
• Hooks, pacing, and overall flow
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–15 minutes)
• Clean cuts, strong pacing, light graphics
• Manage the weekly upload process
• Titles, descriptions, thumbnails (simple but effective)
• Help maintain consistency and creative quality
• Review basic YouTube analytics and suggest improvements over time
• This is an end-to-end role . You’ll see how an idea becomes a finished video that goes live.

Requirements

• Experience editing video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Descript, etc.)
• Comfortable filming with a camera and capturing clean audio
• Reliable weekly availability
• Organized, deadline-driven, and coachable
• Willing to take feedback and iterate quickly

Preferred

• Experience running your own YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Interest in business, finance, or creator economy content
• Basic thumbnail design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
