Responsibilities

• Plan, script, and record educational videos tailored for self-studying aspirants.
• Research topics for videos.
• Outline lessons.
• Write scripts.
• Film or screen-record.
• Collaborate with the team on thumbnails, titles, and video descriptions.
• Optimize videos for YouTube (SEO, tags, playlists).
• Respond to learner feedback in comments.
• Test different content formats to improve reach and retention.
• Work closely with instructional and marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and align videos with overall course goals.

Requirements

• Strong educational content skills, including topic research, lesson planning, and clear explanation of complex concepts in simple terms.
• Experience creating video content for YouTube or similar platforms, including scripting, presenting on camera or via voice-over, and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with YouTube best practices such as titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and audience engagement strategies.
• Comfort with using recording tools, basic editing software, and collaboration platforms in a remote work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a learner-focused mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently while incorporating feedback.

Preferred

• Background in education, test preparation, or subject-matter expertise in relevant academic fields is a plus.
• Prior experience with online teaching, tutoring, or e-learning content development is beneficial.
