Own the end-to-end YouTube channel and social media presence for Backstage Truth, driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency across platforms.

  • Publish episodes, shorts, and promos and optimize for discovery.
  • Lead content strategy, branding, and performance analytics across channels.
  • Coordinate campaigns, community engagement, and cross-platform publishing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Upload and publish full podcast episodes, Shorts, trailers, and promotional videos.
  • Write compelling, SEO-friendly video titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Design or coordinate eye-catching video thumbnails.
  • Organize playlists and optimize channel navigation.
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend growth strategies.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all uploads.
  • Manage content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and schedule promotional posts before and after each episode.
  • Produce short-form content from podcast interviews for social media.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and encouraging community interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience managing YouTube channels and social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube Studio and platform analytics.
  • Familiarity with video optimization, thumbnails, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A passion for music, entertainment, and digital media.
  • Experience with video editing software (preferred but not required).
  • Language: English (Required)
