Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AAYSports promotional tables at local schools, sports events, and community gatherings
• Share program information with parents, families, and school staff
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly, informative, and professional manner
• Collect leads and contact information for follow-up
• Promote the benefits of youth sports and healthy lifestyles
• Represent the AAYSports brand with energy, professionalism, and a passion for community impact

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and strong people skills
• Comfortable speaking in public and initiating conversations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed (event-based)
• Reliable transportation to event sites

Preferred

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly recommended
• Experience in customer service, marketing, youth sports, or event coordination
