Job Summary

Own the WLL marketing engine across social, digital, events and grassroots to grow fan engagement and visibility for women’s lacrosse.

  • Growth Marketing: Own cross-channel plan development and real-time optimization to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Lead concept through delivery with Creative, Content, Social, Lifecycle and Media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute WLL marketing across social, digital, media, events, and grassroots to grow the league and deepen fan engagement.
  • Coordinate campaigns from concept through execution as a cross-functional connector across Growth Marketing, Creative, Content, Social, Lifecycle and Media teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a marketing or account management role (excludes internships), preferably in sports.
  • Passionate sports fan with deep love for lacrosse.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from ideation to execution.
  • Creative, flexible team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of how to leverage multiple marketing channels (Digital, TV, OOH, etc.) and how they work together.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables across paid, owned, and earned channels including social, email, partnerships, grassroots, and live events.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders as central point of contact across Growth Marketing, Creative, Content, Social, Lifecycle and Media teams.
  • Support efforts to grow WLL fanbase through grassroots, community, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to set creative vision and maintain consistent WLL voice.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time and translate insights into future improvements.
  • Track campaign performance and assist in reporting across ticket sales, audience growth, engagement, and tune-in metrics.
  • Help amplify league storylines, athletes, and cultural moments throughout the season.
