Job Summary

Own hands-on field marketing with parents in Brooklyn neighborhoods, turning on-site engagements into QR-driven leads while explaining premium family bikes and safety.

Field Activation: Engage parents at high-traffic hubs during peak hours and guide QR scans for follow-up.
Product Literacy: Clearly articulate core bike benefits, safety, and maintenance using training playbooks.
Community & Lead Capture: Support events and collect leads through on-site interactions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

School & Park Activations: Ride our premium e-cargo bikes (long-tails and front-loaders) to high-traffic neighborhood hubs during key parent windows (drop-off/pick-up and weekend park hours).
Empathetic Engagement: Strike up warm, low-pressure, informative conversations with parents about their daily commutes and lifestyle friction points.
Lead Generation: Confidently guide parents to scan our digital QR codes to
Event Support: Assist in running high-touch community events, in
Product Knowledge: Clearly articulate the practical benefits of our core bike offerings (storage, kid capacity, safety, maintenance bundles) using our training playbooks.

Requirements

Experience in field marketing, hospitality, community organizing, retail, or a parenting-adjacent field is highly preferred.
Ability to work outside in varying spring/summer weather conditions for 3–4 hour shifts.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and confidently maneuver large bicycles.
Availability for peak parent hours (typically weekday mornings 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, afternoons 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM, and weekend mornings).

Preferred

Local Savvy: Living in or being deeply familiar with the Brooklyn neighborhood landscape (particularly Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, or Park Slope) is a plus.
