Responsibilities

• Interact with local businesses within territory to promote Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, samples, etc.) to generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City and Buff City Soap.
• Help to create local and corporate partnerships alongside supervisor.
• Demonstrate leadership, efficient time management, persuasive communication, and marketing acumen; recognize opportunities to capitalize on marketing efforts and ensure outstanding client service.
• Manage independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hands-on marketing with creative yet strategic thinking.
• In-salon duties: make relevant product and service recommendations to clients; engage clients; maintain minimum sales requirements; multi-task by balancing tasks (e.g., cleaning beds, engaging new clients); maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage; work cohesively with team while upholding company policies and procedures.
• Hybrid scheduling involves 20 hours marketing in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
