Responsibilities

• Make direct updates to our PHP-based website
• Improve pages, layout, and messaging to increase engagement
• Work with forms that feed into our SQL database
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (hands-on)
• Create and manage basic social media content and posts
• Improve how visitors move toward contacting us
• Contribute ideas, then help execute them

Requirements

• Experience improving websites for lead generation (not just traffic)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (PPC) for lead generation
• Ability to create and manage basic social media content
• Ability to work directly in a PHP website environment
• Basic understanding of forms and database integration (SQL)
• Good judgment about what makes a website clear, credible, and engaging
• A strong visual sense—ability to recognize what looks good, feels right, and builds trust with an audience
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image tools) to assist with tasks such as editing, basic coding support, and content refinement
• Ability to use AI as a tool to improve efficiency, not as a substitute for independent thinking and judgment
• Willingness to be hands-on and do the work

Preferred

• Experience with photography, layout, or visual presentation is a plus
