Position Overview

We’re looking for a Website Designer & Developer who can both design and build modern, strategic, and user-friendly websites for a variety of client accounts. This role is heavily focused on website design, front-end development, and functionality within platforms like WordPress, while also supporting related creative needs such as social graphics, email marketing visuals, and digital marketing assets.

This role goes beyond visual layout design — we’re looking for someone who understands how websites function, how users interact with them, and how to build custom, high-performing web experiences that support marketing goals and lead generation. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical, capable of taking a website from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build websites, landing pages, and custom web components for client accounts
• Develop responsive desktop and mobile-friendly websites within WordPress and similar CMS platforms
• Customize website functionality, layouts, and user experiences based on client needs
• Create custom sections, page structures, and interactive website elements
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams when needed, while also being capable of independently executing website builds
• Understand website usability, performance, responsiveness, and conversion-focused design
• Troubleshoot website issues and make ongoing updates or enhancements as needed
• Design supporting digital assets including social media graphics, digital ads, email campaign visuals, website banners, icons, and other digital marketing graphics
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables and proofing projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related degree
• 3+ years of web design/ front-end development experience (agency experience preferred)
• Experience building and customizing websites within WordPress is required
• Experience with additional website platforms such as HubSpot, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is a strong plus
• Basic to intermediate programming/coding knowledge is strongly preferred, including HTML, CSS, Basic JavaScript, and/or front-end development concepts
• Ability to build custom website sections and functionality within website platforms
• Strong understanding of responsive design, website structure, UX principles, and performance-focused web design
• Experience with website builders, themes, plugins, and CMS customization
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and modern AI-powered design tools
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact directly with clients
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Portfolio Requirements

• At least 2 fully built websites or landing pages
• Examples of responsive/mobile website projects
• Examples of custom website sections or functionality
• Any additional digital marketing or graphic design work is a plus
