Position: Part-Time Website Assistant (Hybrid)

We are a growing meal delivery company seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Website Assistant to support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our website. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized, with a strong eye for detail and an understanding of how content impacts customer experience and conversions.

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (hybrid: remote + occasional on-site as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Update website content including meal descriptions, images, and product details
• Upload and organize weekly menu items accurately and on time
• Ensure all website content reflects current offerings, pricing, and branding
• Optimize product pages for clarity, appeal, and customer experience
• Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, and visual presentation across the site
• Assist with uploading promotions, banners, and seasonal content
• Identify and fix errors such as incorrect descriptions, missing images, or outdated information
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Support basic SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, keywords)

Qualifications:

• Experience working with website platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to manage recurring weekly updates with accuracy and timeliness
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and user experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Experience with Canva, basic photo editing, or similar tools is a plus
