Job Description

Responsibilities

Guide go-to-market strategies for crypto-native or hybrid Web3 frameworks.
Design and execute ecosystem GTM architecture.
Guide ecosystem scaling and user acquisition architectures.
Audit growth loops, community traction, incentive distribution, and growth metrics.
Translate data into clear, actionable advice for founders and C-level executives.
Mentor executive teams and founders in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as a trusted partner to founders.
Navigate the transition from testnet to mainnet deployment.
Maintain advisory ownership over a pipeline of vetted Web3 projects entering the market.

Requirements

Ecosystem GTM Architecture: Proven track record of designing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for crypto-native or hybrid Web3 frameworks.
Strategic Consulting Framework: The ability to audit a project’s community traction, incentive distribution, and growth metrics, translating data into clear, actionable advice for C-level founders.
Web3 Launch Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of launchpad mechanics, liquidity bootstrapping pools (LBPs), token distribution models, and post-TGE growth vectors.
Authoritative Communicator: Exceptional consultative and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently mentor executive teams and founders in a fast-paced environment.
