Responsibilities

• Brand Communications & Narrative: Shape XamDesign’s overarching narrative, tone of voice, and thought leadership strategy across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Web3 media channels.
• Content Creation: Produce high-impact, long-form and short-form content including Twitter/X threads, technical design case studies, articles, and whitepapers.
• PR & Ecosystem Outreach: Manage relations with crypto media outlets, Web3 newsletters, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify major agency announcements and client launches.
• Crisis & Event Communications: Oversee event communications, panel participation, and maintain a proactive communication strategy during key industry developments.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement, narrative reach, and brand traction across all social platforms and media placements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, or strategic communications within Web3, Crypto, or Tech Agency environments.
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture, memes, DeFi, L1/L2 ecosystems, and design/UX principles.
• Native-level written and verbal communication skills in English with a proven ability to write for both crypto-native degens and institutional audiences.
• Strong track record of growing social channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and securing coverage in crypto media.
• Independent, self-driven mindset, fully comfortable working in a remote-first startup setting.
