Responsibilities

• Manage WordPress/Divi site updates: copy, landing pages, pop-ups, videos, and new features.
• Implement UX-driven updates (e.g., testimonial page revamp) and keep UX aligned.
• Maintain performance: plugin updates, caching, and site reliability.
• Troubleshoot WordPress/Divi issues and resolve technical blockers.
• Evaluate platform or theme upgrades to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Maintain and enhance marketing integrations (e.g., Mailchimp) and data flows.
• Recommend tools/plugins for growth (localization, AI chatbots, CRO).
• Align tracking and analytics with marketing initiatives for accurate data.
• Monitor SEO trends and develop strategies to improve rankings and traffic.

Requirements

• Strong WordPress and Divi experience (required)
• Experience managing marketing websites
• Solid SEO understanding and tooling
• CRO experience
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, analytics, tag management)
• Ability to recommend and implement new tools/technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially with legacy systems
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with cross-functional teams
