Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Job description:

We’re looking for someone to work with us at SocialSurge Marketing who is a team player, is goal-oriented, is willing to learn, and has a good work ethic! We want someone who will be a part of our team and wants to grow with us as we continue to build our agency.

This position would play a critical role with our website and SEO clients and balances both creative aspects with other technical website skills (page development, website maintenance, etc.). We’re looking to find someone with enough experience with WordPress/Elementor to be able to help us manage our website client right away.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
• Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
• Manage day-to-day website operations

Qualifications:

• WordPress experience 2+ years
• Elementor experience (or similar WordPress builder) 2+ years
• Webflow experience (nice to have, but not necessary)
• Google Analytics/Tag Manager knowledge is a plus
• General understanding of SEO is a plus
• Milwaukee, WI: Must be able to work in-person occasionally
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS in a plus
