The Role

We're looking for a Web Designer to join our team in person at our Broken Arrow office. You'll be building WordPress websites for real businesses that actually need to perform, not just look pretty. Every site we build is designed with SEO baked in from day one, so you won't just be designing. You'll understand why things are built the way they are.

Here's what the day-to-day looks like:

• Designing and building WordPress websites using Bricks Builder, Divi, and Elementor
• Creating clean, fast, conversion-focused sites for local service businesses
• Running website health audits and fixing technical issues that hurt performance
• Learning and applying SEO fundamentals so every site you build is set up to rank
• Collaborating with our SEO team to make sure design and strategy are always aligned
• Communicating directly with clients about their projects

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything, just be ready to learn!

• Some experience with WordPress and at least one page builder (Bricks, Divi, or Elementor) is preferred but not required
• An eye for clean, modern design that doesn't sacrifice speed or function
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Willingness to learn SEO, technical audits, and how websites actually drive business results
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills. You'll be working with real business owners
• A portfolio would be awesome, but not required!
