Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with THQ and other designated stakeholders to obtain and maintain the login, editing, publishing, and approval access required for Zesty/Content.one.
  • Develop and maintain the migration plan for 129 individual location pages and the USW ARC hub page, including page inventory, content collection, production sequencing, approvals, quality assurance, selective deployment, and bulk publishing.
  • Build and manage standardized page templates for thrift stores and donation sites so that structure and approved content remain consistent while address, operating hours, and phone number vary by location.
  • Build and manage standardized ARC page templates using consistent program content and NHQ-approved messaging with localized contact details and other approved location-specific information.
  • Populate and maintain accurate location information, including address, hours, phone number, local sales information, photographs, articles, and approved related links.
  • Ensure that related links are consistently included and correctly routed, including social media, the Online Store, Vehicle Donation, donation resources, and other approved destinations.
  • Develop and maintain the USW ARC hub page as the central program landing page, featuring approved program content, stories, videos, related links, and clear navigation to all USW ARC pages.
  • Create and maintain excellent working relationships with ARC Administrators and staff, NHQ, THQ, DHQs, the web team, technology vendors, content owners, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, web content management, information systems, project management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Five or more years of experience in website content management, digital marketing, communications, multi-location web operations, or a related field.
  • Experience creating and governing reusable webpage templates while managing accurate location-specific content at scale.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate access, content collection, stakeholder reviews, approvals, issue resolution, phased releases, and detailed documentation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, with careful attention to accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms;
