Responsibilities

• Design realistic content marketing scenarios based on actual professional workflows and business challenges.
• Create tasks involving content strategy, editorial planning, content production, content audits, and quality assurance .
• Develop environments using tools such as Contentful, Google Analytics 4, Semrush, and other content management and research platforms .
• Define realistic documents, dashboards, personas, workflows, and decision-making scenarios.
• Write and review reference solutions that demonstrate expert-level content marketing judgment.
• Build evaluation rubrics that distinguish strong strategic thinking from plausible but ineffective responses.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for content quality, prioritization, execution, and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Editorial Strategy, Content Operations, SEO Content, or a related marketing function.
• Experience owning an editorial program end-to-end , including planning, production, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Strong understanding of content research, content lifecycle management, and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and content research platforms.
• Ability to assess content quality, strategic alignment, and business effectiveness.
• Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments, evaluation frameworks, simulated business scenarios, or educational content .
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and evaluation workflows.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification is a plus.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring content teams and editorial contributors.
