Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production and launch of high-quality web pages, ensuring they are optimized for the B2B buyer journey.
  • Partner with Content and PMM teams to ensure web content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with company strategy.
  • Partner with the SEO/AEO team to ensure web content is optimized for organic growth.
  • Partner with creative agencies to guarantee visual assets are produced in-time.
  • Lead the execution of webpage localization, ensuring a seamless and culturally relevant experience for international markets.
  • Manage the workflow between internal teams and external translation agencies to ensure high-quality, timely localized content updates.
  • Manage the web component library within our CMS, ensuring technical stability.
  • Monitor and maintain overall CMS health, collaborating with web engineering to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal web requests, developing a clear prioritization framework to align web updates with business objectives.
  • Build a regular cadence with regional marketing leads to provide visibility into the web roadmap and production timelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of related experience in web content management, with a strong focus on the B2B sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g.,Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) and a strong understanding of how design systems power modern web architecture.
  • Operational Mindset: Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder environments and streamlining production workflows.
  • Skills: Clear, compelling communication with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights for stakeholders.
