Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop Peart’s visual brand identity (logo, typography, color palette, style)
Design and build Peart’s website from concept to execution
Create visual assets for the website, including ad mockups and custom graphics
Design high-quality, scalable templates for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram)
Ensure visual consistency across all digital brand touchpoints
Collaborate closely and iterate based on feedback while maintaining timelines

Requirements

3+ years of experience in web, brand, or digital design
Portfolio showcasing work across branding, web design, and social content
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar tools
Understanding of UX/UI design principles
Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate abstract advertising concepts into compelling visual designs

Preferred

Experience working with early-stage brands or startups
Motion design experience (e.g., animations, micro-interactions)
Video editing skills for social or brand content
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
