Job Summary

Lead LA home health operations and growth by driving compliant, patient-focused operations and strategic marketing to expand census.

  • Oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance with CMS/Title 22, and QAPI across LA.
  • California-licensed Home Health Administrator with 2–3 years of LA growth experience.
  • Established referral network with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and IPAs to fuel growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with CMS, CDPH, Title 22.
  • Manage clinical managers, intake, scheduling, and field staff to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Maintain state licensing and CHAP/JCAHO accreditation standards.
  • Manage QAPI program, patient grievances, and emergency preparedness.
  • Aggressively develop and manage a referral pipeline with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living facilities, and case management groups in LA County.
  • Conduct outside sales visits, lunch & learns, and in-services to drive census growth.
  • Analyze market trends in LA to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and lead a small internal marketing/sales liaison team.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with ACOs and IPAs.
