Job Summary

Own the warehouse operation and team leadership with a sharp focus on safety, efficiency, and cross functional flow, coordinating inventory integrity and continuous improvement while keeping audits and WMS usage in check.

Own daily warehouse workflows, WMS usage, and order flow between warehouse and production.
Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff while upholding safety and 5S practices.
Drive cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness through process improvements.

Job Description

Own the day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on safety, process improvement, and team leadership, balancing cross-functional collaboration and inventory accuracy.

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, guidelines, and regulations.
Complete daily shift safety inspections.
Maintain equipment logs and ensure equipment is properly safeguarded.
Identify, address, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Foster effective cross-functional communication across departments.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.
Lead productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and organize daily operations.
Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals while promoting a positive work environment.
